Cleveland 117, Indiana 109: Lebron (37 points) and Granger (38) should wage some fierce wars in the Eastern Conference over the next 5-10 years. Can someone ask the Pacers if they're going to play defense next year?
Chicago 91, Detroit 88: Ginormous victory for the Bulls, who move a half game ahead of Philly for the 6th spot. The Bulls could give the Magic major problems in the playoffs with the backcourt of Rose and Gordon, and if they continue to defend the three well (currently fourth in the league).
New Orleans 66, Houston 86: The good news - that's five wins in a row for the Rockets, and with one game left, they could rise as high as 2nd in the West, and the lowest they could fall is 5th. The bad news - damaging loss for the Hornets, who could have locked up the 6th seed with a win. Now, dropping to 7th is possible. Why's 6th so crucial? Because this is the only year you want to play San Antonio in the first round.
Toronto 96, Washington 95: The Wiz can thank Chris Bosh next month when they win the draft lottery. So what if the Wiz let a 93-80 evaporate over the final 6:30? WHO CARES. Bosh and Marion each had 25-15; Gilbert Arenas didn't play. Washington's tied with LA for the 2nd worst record in the league. It should start all benchwarmers for the finale in Boston.
Oklahoma City 83, Portland 113: Yes! Thunder lose again and appear to be a lock to finish with the fourth worst record in the league. Let's say they select 4th and Griffin, Thabeet, and Rubio are gone. What's the move? Jordan Hill? Has Shaun Livingston stayed healthy long enough to convince you (remember, he's only 24) to pass on Brandon Jennings? Is James Harden their future SG? Oden tallied 16-9 off the bench.
